Why Choose Graham Smith Painting & Decorating
We understand that when we are invited in to your home to work that it is important to treat it with as much respect as if it where our own and as such we would want and expect all the people working there to be fully qualified skilled and experienced tradesmen. This is who will be working in your home. Each one taking a pride in their work and supplying a quality Decorating service.
With our experience also comes knowledge that can help you if you require assistance with colour suggestions, types of finish or advice with troublesome issues like condensation.
What We Do
We can fulfill all your domestic decorating needs from painting a single door to a whole house and can provide all aspects of internal and external painting & decorating.
Decorating is the final piece in what may be a long list of repairs that may be required to your home. It can be daunting knowing where to start and who to contact.
As we’ve been trading since 1999 we have forged relationships with other tradesmen who can also provide other services as part of the chain. These are all people we have used and trust to give the same level of service and quality as ourselves. We can therefore pull all these trades together and arrange a programme that meets your requirements in the one place without you having to look around for each trade required.

Garston Old Road
The house of Mark White is over 150 years old. It had not been painted in over 10 years and was starting to show it’s age. There where many rotten timbers and masonry that was peeling or in places actually falling off.
The job required joinery works and a plasterer to carry out the repairs before the painting could be done. Some of the plaster mouldings we recreated ourselves as they had totally fallen apart.
As well as the other trades required we arranged for scaffolding and cherry pickers to allow everyone access. Once the repairs where carried out we could then paint the walls in Macphersons pliolite and the woodwork in Dulux weathershield.
Before

After

We are still delighted by the end result. It's not unusual, if we're doing something in the front garden, that somebody passing will take a moment to say how good it looks !! We would highly recommend their workmanship.
